Bala Engineers

Following a merger between two of the Delaware Valley’s largest engineering firms, PHY Engineering and Bala Consulting Engineers, I spent most of 2012 working with the new management team to revitalize and reposition the company’s brand, both internally and externally. Our goal was to unify the company’s mission and vision in support of a national expansion. Bala has more than doubled its size through mergers and acquisitions.
